This is an exciting opportunity to join a business that's entering a phase of growth and positive change.</p><p>As a <strong>Key Account Manager</strong>, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the expansion and success of independent retailers across your portfolio. You'll act as the link between head office and retail partners, ensuring each account has the tools, support, and commercial strategy to maximise sales performance and deliver operational excellence.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Drive sales growth through strong account relationships and strategic business planning</li><li>Identify opportunities for revenue improvement and implement targeted initiatives</li><li>Conduct regular visits with accounts, assessing performance and providing commercial guidance</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with IT, logistics, and operations teams to resolve issues</li><li>Manage your schedule effectively, balancing travel, account management, and reporting</li><li>Deliver on KPIs while retaining and developing your portfolio of accounts</li></ul><p><strong>About You</strong></p><ul><li>Proven success in field sales or account management within an FMCG environment</li><li>Experience driving relationships and growth with independent retailers</li><li>Commercially driven, with the ability to identify and act on growth opportunities</li><li>Excellent communicator, confident in influencing at all levels</li><li>Strong organisational and time management skills</li><li>Comfortable interpreting and presenting data to inform decision-making</li></ul><p><strong>The Offer</strong></p><ul><li>Circa £50,000 basic salary + annual bonus</li><li>Company car</li><li>Private healthcare</li><li>28 days holiday (increasing with service) plus bank holidays</li><li>Pension scheme with competitive employer contributions</li><li>Ongoing coaching, training, and development opportunities</li></ul><p>If you're a <strong>Key Account Manager</strong> seeking your next challenge, or an experienced field sales / business development professional ready to step up, this role offers the chance to make a real impact in a fast-moving and rewarding environment.</p><p>BBBH34222</p></dd>
