<div class="clearfix"></div><h1 class="job-title axiom0-0 axiom-scraped-0">K8 Systems Developer</h1><div></div><div></div><div></div><div><p>We are looking for a K8 Systems Developer to design, develop, implement, and support solutions exclusively for the enhancement of the EPOS application within our Trade business.</p><p>This role involves working with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Technical Architects to deliver effective solutions for depot colleagues. It is a full-time permanent role working 37.5 hours per week, occasional weekend work, and participation in a shared on-call support rota.</p><p><strong>What you will be doing </strong></p><ul><li>Developing and implementing K8 Reports following best practices for user experience and performance.</li><li>Developing and implementing DX transfers and DX transforms to support K8 and SAP end to end integration.</li><li>Developing and implementing K8 Format Stationaries using Print Manager.</li><li>Supporting end-users by troubleshooting system and integration issues, maintaining optimal performance. Helping to resolve Service incidents as they arise.</li><li>Ensuring K8 Production applications are at best health and performance for trading.</li><li>Maintaining K8 integration with Azure using XI module, building custom APIs for external application.</li><li>Replicating system bugs and working closely with software supplier on fixes.</li><li>Answering business queries about existing and new K8 capabilities.</li><li>Collaboration and working with various technical and non-technical teams both onshore and offshore</li></ul><p><strong>What we need from you </strong></p><ul><li>Commercial K8 experience including:<ul><li>Report Generator</li><li>DX transfers and DX transforms</li><li>Agent Scheduler</li><li>Format stationaries and Print Manager</li><li>Workplaces</li><li>Good understanding of Sales Order Processing module and sales processes.</li><li>Update Toolbox – proven experience in installing patches and completing after actions</li></ul></li><li>Experienced in working on technical projects from inception through to delivery.</li><li>Working closely with stakeholders to understand the business requirements first-hand.</li><li>Time Management and the ability to react quickly to changing priorities</li><li>Can break down explanations of complex processes, rules or situations into manageable pieces of information</li><li>Good written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Enjoys a mathematical and analytical approach to problem solving</li><li>Works well in a team dynamic, ranging from paired programming to group development</li><li>Eagerness to learn and expand skillset</li></ul><p><strong>What we can offer you:</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive salary and annual company bonus</li><li>Excellent pension scheme (company contribution of up to 12%)</li><li>25 days holiday + bank holidays with the option to buy additional days</li><li>Staff Discount</li><li>Employee Assistance Programme</li><li>Exceptional Reward and Recognition events</li></ul><p><strong>About Howdens:</strong></p><p>Howdens Joinery is the UK’s number one trade kitchen supplier providing thousands of products across kitchens, joinery, and hardware.&nbsp;
