<p><strong>What is the role</strong></p><p>You will be involved in the design, update &amp; upkeep of our websites. As well as online and offline marketing design including customer campaign emails, social media posts, app design, store artwork and packaging.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>What you will do</strong></p><ul><li>Have a clear understanding of each customer and how we design for each brand.</li><li>Follow Marketing briefs assigned by your Graphic Design Manager, following any instructions given and take in feedback to hone skills and improve design.</li><li>Demonstrate good time management, prioritising workload.</li><li>Ability to learn a variety of systems quickly and effectively. We use a variety of platforms for uploading our designs, including ones for managing the website, app, and marketing emails.</li><li>Produce creative designs for each brand and support Graphic Design Manager with animated GIFs / videos when needed.</li><li>Produce high quality graphics for social including social posts and stories for all brands.</li><li>Create blog images for the Marketing department making sure they follow the brand guidelines.</li><li>Support on international tasks such as emails and homepages.</li><li>Gain experience in requesting translations for France, Netherlands, Spain and Germany. Able to communicate with translators effectively.</li><li>Check test emails for other team members with an eye for spotting mistakes.</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>What you will bring&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>BA (Hons) in Graphic Design or related field.</li><li>Adobe CS – Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.</li><li>Ability to learn new platforms/CMS.</li><li>Core graphic design, typography, layout and digital standards.</li><li>Ideally 1-2 years’ experience in design (preferably within fashion, lifestyle or cosmetics)</li><li>Basic knowledge of customer user experience within shopping on Desktop, Mobile, Tablet and Apps</li><li>Ability to assist senior members of the team.</li><li>Interest in Fashion.</li><li>Organisational and communication skills.</li><li>A strong work ethic and innovative approach to all tasks.</li><li>Proven ability to work well within a team and use own initiative.</li><li>An energy and enthusiasm to succeed.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and work across multiple projects.</li></ul>
