In this role, you'll support the end-to-end order process for some of our largest brand partners - from initial order placement through to successful delivery into customer warehouses.</p><p data-start="934" data-end="1074">You'll work closely with internal teams, customers, and factories across the globe to ensure everything runs smoothly, on time, and to spec.</p><h3 data-start="1081" data-end="1108">Key Responsibilities</h3><h3 data-start="1081" data-end="1108"><strong data-start="1118" data-end="1146">Forward Order Management</strong></h3><ul data-start="1147" data-end="1581"><li data-start="1147" data-end="1210"><p data-start="1149" data-end="1210">Prepare key insights and reports ahead of customer meetings</p></li><li data-start="1211" data-end="1284"><p data-start="1213" data-end="1284">Attend and document customer meetings, share recaps and action points</p></li><li data-start="1285" data-end="1357"><p data-start="1287" data-end="1357">Set up and maintain customer order sheets (Excel) with full accuracy</p></li><li data-start="1358" data-end="1432"><p data-start="1360" data-end="1432">Add confirmed order quantities into buying plans for the sourcing team</p></li><li data-start="1433" data-end="1494"><p data-start="1435" data-end="1494">Reconcile purchase orders from customers with factory POs</p></li><li data-start="1495" data-end="1581"><p data-start="1497" data-end="1581">Create order sheets for sourcing including full size and product detail breakdowns</p></li></ul><h4 data-start="1583" data-end="1621"><strong data-start="1591" data-end="1621">In-Season Order Management</strong></h4><ul data-start="1622" data-end="2133"><li data-start="1622" data-end="1685"><p data-start="1624" data-end="1685">Reconcile orders placed with factories against customer POs</p></li><li data-start="1686" data-end="1755"><p data-start="1688" data-end="1755">Flag and resolve any discrepancies; communicate updates to buyers</p></li><li data-start="1756" data-end="1844"><p data-start="1758" data-end="1844">Liaise with factories and sourcing to ensure correct product labelling and packaging</p></li><li data-start="1845" data-end="1930"><p data-start="1847" data-end="1930">Work closely with production to manage order tracking and critical path timelines</p></li><li data-start="1931" data-end="1993"><p data-start="1933" data-end="1993">Take action on any late deliveries; ensure POs are updated</p></li><li data-start="1994" data-end="2072"><p data-start="1996" data-end="2072">Collaborate with logistics and offshore teams to hand orders over smoothly</p></li><li data-start="2073" data-end="2133"><p data-start="2075" data-end="2133">Resolve any customer-facing issues related to deliveries</p></li></ul><h4 data-start="2135" data-end="2166"><strong data-start="2143" data-end="2166">Support & Reporting</strong></h4><ul data-start="2167" data-end="2532"><li data-start="2167" data-end="2241"><p data-start="2169" data-end="2241">Provide available-to-sell (ATS) reports for Account Managers to review</p></li><li data-start="2242" data-end="2319"><p data-start="2244" data-end="2319">Assist in pulling product samples for meetings and customer presentations</p></li><li data-start="2320" data-end="2390"><p data-start="2322" data-end="2390">Support warehouse with order forecasts and ensure accurate booking</p></li><li data-start="2391" data-end="2469"><p data-start="2393" data-end="2469">Share monthly shipping reviews with customers so they can raise new orders</p></li><li data-start="2470" data-end="2532"><p data-start="2472" data-end="2532">Communicate all order details clearly to the sourcing team</p></li></ul><h3 data-start="2539" data-end="2563"> What You'll Bring</h3><ul data-start="2565" data-end="2970"><li data-start="2565" data-end="2644"><p data-start="2567" data-end="2644">Excellent Excel and admin skills - comfortable working with large data sets</p></li><li data-start="2645" data-end="2697"><p data-start="2647" data-end="2697">Highly organised, with sharp attention to detail</p></li><li data-start="2698" data-end="2755"><p data-start="2700" data-end="2755">Strong communication skills - both written and verbal</p></li><li data-start="2756" data-end="2817"><p data-start="2758" data-end="2817">Proactive attitude and ability to work cross-functionally</p></li><li data-start="2818" data-end="2905"><p data-start="2820" data-end="2905">Previous experience in a similar role (placement or internship included) is a bonus</p></li><li data-start="2906" data-end="2970"><p data-start="2908" data-end="2970">Interest in fashion, supply chain, or product-led industries</p></li></ul><h3 data-start="2977" data-end="2996">Please note this role is based on site 5 days per week in North / North West London</h3><div>BBBH: 34377</div></dd>
