<p><strong>Job Purpose</strong></p><p>We are looking for a Concessions Data Administrator to join our Merchandising team. You will be responsible for managing the efficient flow of Concession data and inventory across multiple partners.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p>· Work to partner critical path deadlines to ensure on time product launch.</p><p>· Weekly partner site walks to ensure all product is represented accurately.</p><p>· Monitor and optimise stock levels across partner websites and physical stores, ensuring alignment with marketing campaigns and promotional activity.</p><p>· Collaborate with the Merchandising team to influence stock management &amp; allocations.</p><p>· Conduct regular stock consolidations and transfers to maximise availability and reduce markdown risk.</p><p>· Performance analysis &amp; reporting</p><p><strong>Skills &amp; Experience</strong></p><p>· This is an entry level role so no previous experience is required but the ideal candidate will be confident working with large data sets and navigating excel.</p><p>· Strong analytical and numerical skills with a keen eye for detail.</p><p>· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in presenting to internal and external stakeholders.</p><p>· Commercially aware with a strong understanding of customer behaviour across different markets and channels.</p><p>· Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.</p><p><strong>Desirable Attributes</strong></p><p>· A proactive mindset with the ability to influence and drive change.</p><p>· Passion for retail, fashion, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.</p>
