<div class="clearfix"></div><h1 class="job-title axiom0-0 axiom-scraped-0">Installation Manager</h1><div></div><div></div><div></div><div><p>Howdens Joinery are recruiting an Installation Manager to join our “High Rise” team based in the Leeds / Sheffield area.</p><p>Our Contracts division is going from strength to strength as we increase our market share and meet the ever-growing demands and continued success. In this role you will be reporting to the Southern Contracts Manager and be part of a wider team to manage and co-ordinate our installations on several sites.</p><p><strong>What will I be doing as an Installation Manager?</strong></p><ul><li>Building strong working relationships with site employees including site managers, quantity surveyors and sub-contractors</li><li>Maintaining a close working relationship with our internal contracts team to ensure the smooth day to day running of installations</li><li>Overseeing all works carried out, responding to all on site issues and ensure that the finished result promotes and protects the Howdens name and reputation</li><li>Completing all site health and safety and compliance checks</li><li>Carrying out site surveys and co-ordinate access for deliveries</li><li>Completing and returning all required reports, documents and logs on time and in agreed format</li></ul><p><strong>What we need from you</strong></p><ul><li>Experience working on a building / construction site overseeing or managing product installations.&nbsp;</li><li>Experience working in a fast-paced environment that can be high pressure during certain times in the month/year</li><li>Experience with site health and safety regulations</li><li>Takes pride in providing excellent customer service</li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills</li><li>Must be able to read and interpret plans/drawings</li><li>Have an extremely high level of accuracy and attention to detail</li><li>Planning and organising skills with the ability to provide innovative solutions to problems.</li><li>Must be people focused and lead by example</li><li>Full UK driving licence</li></ul><p><strong>What we can offer you:&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>£40-45,000 per annum plus bonus scheme</li><li>Company car, laptop and mobile</li><li>Pension plan (up to 12% employer contributions)</li><li>25 days rising to 27 days after 5 years’ service and 30 days after 10 years’ service</li><li>Staff discount on Howdens products</li><li>Share awards and prize draws</li></ul><p><strong>About Howdens</strong></p><p>Howdens Joinery is the UK’s number one trade kitchen supplier providing thousands of products across kitchens, joinery, and hardware.
