As our <strong style="font-weight:700;">Infrastructure Operations Manager</strong>, you’ll take the lead in managing a broad technology estate—from networks and hosting to end-user devices and collaboration platforms.</p><p style="margin:0px;font-size:inherit;padding:5px 0px;">You’ll be based in Wakefield with hybrid working (2–3 days a week on site), and you’ll be the go-to person for ensuring our infrastructure supports colleagues across stores, offices, and remote locations.&nbsp;You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners, lead a skilled team, and use your expertise to influence decisions, drive improvements, and deliver reliable, cost-effective IT operations.</p><p style="margin:0px;font-size:inherit;padding:5px 0px;"><strong style="font-weight:700;">&nbsp;</strong></p><p style="margin:0px;font-size:inherit;padding:5px 0px;"><strong style="font-weight:700;">What you’ll be doing:</strong></p><p style="margin:0px;font-size:inherit;padding:5px 0px;">You’ll lead the day-to-day operation of our infrastructure services, making sure everything runs reliably and securely.
