You'll define how identity works across the business — from employees and partners to customers and privileged systems. Our ambition is to move beyond basic access control to <strong data-start="911" data-end="941">strong identity governance</strong>, with least privilege, secure-by-default access, and frictionless user experience.</p><h4 data-start="1026" data-end="1040">The Role</h4><p data-start="1041" data-end="1309">As <strong data-start="1044" data-end="1059">IAM Manager</strong>, you'll be the strategic owner of identity and access across Holland &amp; Barrett.
