The position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-moving eCommerce environment, balancing growth planning with day-to-day delivery. The <strong data-start="496" data-end="517">Head of Marketing</strong> will own the marketing roadmap, driving acquisition, retention, and brand performance while making a measurable impact on revenue and customer lifetime value.</div><div><h3 data-start="167" data-end="193">Key Responsibilities in the Position of Head of Marketing</h3><ul><li>Lead the creation and delivery of a multi-channel marketing strategy to drive growth and strengthen brand positioning.</li><li>Own and optimise the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation across performance and brand activity.</li><li>Drive acquisition through paid channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, YouTube), optimising for ROAS, CAC, and LTV.</li><li>Build and execute a retention strategy using CRM, email, SMS, and loyalty programmes.</li><li>Collaborate with trading, operations, and product teams to align campaigns with launches and commercial goals.</li><li>Develop engaging content and social strategies, leveraging influencers and community activity.</li><li>Guide and mentor a small team while managing external agencies and partners.</li><li>Analyse marketing performance, reporting on key KPIs and making data-driven recommendations.</li><li>Identify new growth opportunities through emerging channels, partnerships, and market trends.</li><li><p style="display: inline !important;" data-start="1124" data-end="1216">Ensure all marketing activity supports customer lifetime value and long-term brand equity.</p></li></ul><h3 data-start="2795" data-end="2810">To be Considered for the position of Head of Marketing, you will offer:</h3><ul><li>Proven background in eCommerce and digital marketing within a consumer-facing businesses.</li><li>Strong track record in performance marketing with a deep understanding of paid media, attribution, and optimisation.</li><li>Commercially focused and data-driven, with experience delivering measurable growth.</li><li>Hands-on with CRM, lifecycle marketing, and retention strategies.</li><li>Confident managing external agencies and partners, while supporting a small in-house team.</li><li>Comfortable working at pace in a business where priorities can shift quickly.</li></ul><div> BBBH34340</div></div><p> </p></dd>
