You’ll be at the heart of our learning strategy, leading and helping shape a workplace where people grow, thrive, and succeed. </p><p>Your role will involve:</p><ul> <li>Partneringwith senior leaders to co-create a strategic learning roadmap thatsupports business goals and future capability needs</li> <li>Leadingand developing the Talent & Development team-setting direction,coaching for performance, and enabling impact</li> <li>Championinga culture of continuous learning, coaching, and professional developmentacross all levels of the business</li> <li>Designingand delivering leadership development programmes that build capability andsupport succession planning</li> <li>Usingdata and insights to evaluate learning impact and inform future strategy</li> <li>Drivinginnovation in learning design, tools, and technologies to keep us ahead ofthe curve</li> <li>Embeddinglearning into the flow of work-making it relevant, inclusive, andtransformational</li></ul><p><strong>Who we’re looking for</strong></p><p>We’re looking for someone who’s strategic, curious, and ready to make a difference.
