This is a hands-on strategic role, focused on evolving infrastructure across cloud, on-premise, and end-user environments, while leading a team and managing key technology partners.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">You'll play a critical role in driving cloud-first strategies, defining group-wide infrastructure standards, and embedding resilience, scalability, and performance across the estate. Strong Azure experience is essential, alongside leadership of infrastructure and modern workplace functions.</span></p><p><strong><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Benefits You'll Enjoy:</span></strong></p><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">· Competitive salary up to £100,000 (DOE) + bonus + benefits</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">· Hybrid working (2-3 days in London office)</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">· High-impact strategic role with group-level visibility</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">· Opportunity to shape cloud and infrastructure roadmap across multiple subsidiaries</span></p><p><strong><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Role Responsibilities:</span></strong></p><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">· Own and evolve the group's infrastructure strategy, aligned with digital transformation goals.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">· Lead and mentor a team across infrastructure, networking, and end-user computing.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">· Oversee cloud infrastructure in Azure, including governance, IaaS/PaaS, and cost optimisation.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">· Ensure scalability, availability, and DR capabilities across cloud and hybrid environments.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">· Manage endpoint strategy, standards, and lifecycle using M365 and Intune.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">· Oversee hardware, servers, and network architecture across multiple sites.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">· Partner with InfoSec to embed infrastructure security and support ISO/NIS2 compliance.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">· Lead on Microsoft 365 and tenant-to-tenant migration programmes.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">· Drive modernisation initiatives including automation, monitoring, and service resilience.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">· Manage external vendors and service providers, ensuring performance and value.</span></p><p><strong><span style="font-size: 8pt;">About You:</span></strong></p><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">· 8+ years' experience in IT infrastructure, including leadership across cloud and on-prem.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">· Deep Azure knowledge, including architecture, networking, identity, and cost control.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">· Experience leading infrastructure and endpoint teams, ideally across multi-site operations.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">· Strong understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, Intune, and virtualisation (Hyper-V/VMware).</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">· Proven track record of successful Azure migrations and post-migration optimisation.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">· Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, able to communicate technical strategy to non-technical audiences.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">· Certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect, ITIL, or Microsoft 365 Administrator desirable.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Apply today with your most up-to-date CV!</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">BH34985</span></p></dd>
