You’ll play a pivotal role in delivering best-in-class digital journeys that delight golfers and support the ambitious growth of our brand.</p><p style="margin: 0px 0px 1em; padding: 0px;"><strong>Who We Are</strong></p><p style="margin: 0px 0px 1em; padding: 0px;">Our culture is shaped by our core values, which guide how we work and what we expect from each other:</p><ul><li><strong>Passion</strong> – for creating exceptional digital experiences that inspire and engage golfers</li><li><strong>Respect</strong> – for collaboration, teamwork, and cross-functional expertise</li><li><strong>Integrity</strong> – in making clear, transparent, and responsible commercial decisions</li><li><strong>Drive</strong> – to push performance forward with pace, energy, and ambition</li><li><strong>Expertise</strong> – in digital trading, analytics, and delivering commercial outcomes</li></ul><p style="margin: 0px 0px 1em; padding: 0px;"><br></p><p style="margin: 0px 0px 1em; padding: 0px;">We’re looking for someone who lives these values every day and brings them to life through their leadership, strategic thinking, and commercial delivery.</p><p style="margin: 0px 0px 1em; padding: 0px;"><strong>How You’ll Make an Impact</strong></p><ul><li>Define and own the digital trading strategy, delivering revenue, margin, conversion, and ATV targets across ecommerce and marketplace channels.</li><li>Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of trading activity, including pricing, promotions, product presentation, and onsite optimisation.</li><li>Monitor daily and weekly performance, using data-driven insight to enhance commercial outcomes and drive continuous improvement.</li><li>Ensure clear visibility of digital results through effective reporting, communication, and actionable recommendations.</li><li>Oversee marketplace trading, ensuring optimised listings, availability, pricing competitiveness, and promotional performance.</li><li>Partner with Digital Marketing to align traffic, search demand, and campaign activity with trading priorities.</li><li>Champion improvements to the onsite customer journey, identifying and delivering opportunities across categories and seasonal peaks.</li><li>Collaborate with Commercial, CRM, Retail, and Operations teams to deliver cohesive omni-channel campaigns and ensure availability and fulfilment support trading performance.</li><li>Work closely with the Head of Digital Product to prioritise ecommerce functionality and trading-enhancing features within the website roadmap.</li><li>Maintain strong relationships with Finance, Customer Services, and IT/Development to support accuracy, satisfaction, and feasibility across trading initiatives.</li><li>Mentor and develop a high-performing digital trading team, fostering a culture of data-led decision-making, collaboration, and innovation.</li><li>Ensure clear planning, accountability, and alignment across merchandising, onsite trading, and marketplace activity.</li></ul><p style="margin: 0px 0px 1em; padding: 0px;"><br></p><p style="margin: 0px 0px 1em; padding: 0px;"><strong>What You’ll Bring</strong></p><ul><li>Extensive experience in senior digital trading or ecommerce roles with a strong commercial focus.</li><li>Deep understanding of ecommerce platforms, analytics tools, and trading systems (e.g., commercetools, GA4, BI).</li><li>Strong grasp of digital KPIs and trading levers across conversion, AOV, traffic, availability, and margin.</li><li>Proven experience owning, influencing, and improving P&L performance.</li><li>Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a track record of developing high-performing digital teams.</li><li>Highly organised with excellent planning ability and comfort managing multiple workflows at pace.</li><li>Experience in international trading or marketplace platforms is highly advantageous.</li></ul><p style="margin: 0px 0px 1em; padding: 0px;"><br></p><p style="margin: 0px 0px 1em; padding: 0px;">At American Golf, we’re committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace where every team member feels valued and empowered.
