Together with our Data Engineering and Data Science colleagues, we make data a strategic lever to achieve H&amp;B's goals.</p></div></div><div class="earcuposdescription"><div class="earcuposdescriptiontitle">The Role</div><div class="earcuposdescriptionnote"><p>As Head of Analytics – Benelux &amp; International, you'll lead a cross-functional analytics team supporting Netherlands, Belgium, and international expansion markets across Asia, Europe, and the Middle East. You'll report to the VP of Analytics and be a core member of the analytics leadership team, working closely with the Benelux MD, Director of AMEA, and business leads across Digital, Commercial, Retail, and Space.&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;<br>You'll own the team roadmap, embed full-stack capability across squads, and ensure analytics is influencing strategy in-market and aligned to our global operating model.
