We’re proud to have won national awards including Best UK Workplace 2023, Best UK Workplace for Women 2023 and Excellence in Wellbeing awards 2023.<br>&nbsp;<br>We provide a legendary Christmas experience: our hugely popular Grotto will return in November 2025.<br>&nbsp;<br>Our Grotto runs throughout November and December offering fun activities for children in an authentic grotto experience including the all-important one to one meeting with Santa.<br>&nbsp;<br>Head Elf is a role split between 2 individuals to oversee the smooth running of our Grotto experience supervising up to 12 elves and Santa each day. You will be expected to have a smile on your face and fully embrace your elf character.<br>&nbsp;<br>Your duties will include:<br>&nbsp;<ul><li>Responsible for organising the team rota for elf duties each day, ensuring that tasks and rooms are allocated fairly.</li><li>Being the main point of contact for any issues during the shift, able to listen to Customers and solve any problems that may arise.</li><li>Ensuring that each room and activity is replenished in good time for each family.</li><li>Motivating the team to do their best and work together.</li></ul>&nbsp;<br>You'll be great with children; ideally having some experience of working with them.&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;<br><a name="Hlk144991399">You’ll be friendly and outgoing with a smiley disposition.
