<dt class="rm-fieldTitle">Description</dt><dd class="rm-fieldData"><p></p><p data-start="191" data-end="253"><strong data-start="191" data-end="253">HR Manager | South West | Up to £62,000 + Bonus + Benefits</strong></p><p data-start="255" data-end="430">I'm supporting a well-established, people-focused organisation as they look to appoint an experienced HR Manager to lead the people agenda across a key site in the South West.</p><p data-start="432" data-end="651">This is a fantastic opportunity to join at a pivotal time, with growth, change and investment happening across the wider business. The role will play a central part in shaping culture, capability and engagement on site.</p><p data-start="432" data-end="651"><strong data-start="1231" data-end="1293">A key requirement for this role is strong union experience</strong> - you'll have confidence working in a unionised environment, building constructive relationships and navigating negotiation and consultation with credibility and balance. Please do not apply if you don't have union experience. </p><p data-start="653" data-end="672"><strong data-start="653" data-end="672">The Opportunity</strong></p><p data-start="674" data-end="724">Partnering closely with site leadership, you will:</p><p data-start="726" data-end="1229"> Lead the HR agenda day-to-day, ensuring a proactive, people-first approach<br data-start="802" data-end="805"> Build strong relationships with colleagues and leaders across the operation<br data-start="882" data-end="885"> Shape and drive engagement, capability and wellbeing across a diverse workforce<br data-start="966" data-end="969"> Lead on complex employee relations and provide expert guidance to managers<br data-start="1045" data-end="1048"> Support change programmes, cultural development and workforce planning<br data-start="1120" data-end="1123"> Champion leadership development, learning and talent progression<br data-start="1189" data-end="1192"> Coach and develop a small HR team</p><p data-start="1231" data-end="1464"><strong data-start="1466" data-end="1479">About You</strong></p><p data-start="1481" data-end="1919"> Proven HR management / senior HRBP experience in a fast-paced, operational environment<br data-start="1569" data-end="1572"> Strong union and ER background, with experience managing complex cases and negotiations<br data-start="1661" data-end="1664"> Confident influencing senior leaders and acting as a trusted partner<br data-start="1734" data-end="1737"> Comfortable leading through change, ambiguity and pace<br data-start="1793" data-end="1796"> Empathetic, resilient and people-led, with a hands-on approach when needed<br data-start="1872" data-end="1875">* CIPD qualified (or equivalent) preferred</p><p data-start="1921" data-end="2068">This is an opportunity to make a visible impact, shaping culture, supporting growth, and building capability in a business that values its people.</p><p data-start="2070" data-end="2212">If you bring strong HR leadership experience, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have proven union experience, I'd love to hear from you.</p><p>BBBH34645</p></dd>
