<dt class="rm-fieldTitle">Description</dt><dd class="rm-fieldData"><p><strong>HR Manager - Distribution Business </strong></p><p>I'm partnering with a major UK logistics and distribution business on the search for an experienced HR Manager to lead all things people across a newly established flagship site in the South West.</p><p>It's an exciting time to join - the business is going through a period of significant transformation, investment and growth, and this role will play a key part in shaping its people culture and long-term success.</p><p><strong>The opportunity</strong><br>You'll partner closely with the Site General Manager and leadership team to:</p><ul><li><p>Lead the people strategy for a new site opening, shaping culture, workforce and operational readiness.</p></li><li><p>Manage the transition and transfer of colleagues from existing sites, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.</p></li><li><p>Drive engagement, capability and succession planning across a large, fast-paced workforce.</p></li><li><p>Lead, coach and develop a small HR team.</p></li><li><p>Act as the expert on employee relations, HR policy and employment law.</p></li><li><p>Support projects such as TUPE, restructures, retention and culture initiatives.</p></li><li><p>Champion wellbeing, inclusion and leadership development across the site.</p></li></ul><p><strong>About you</strong></p><ul><li><p>Proven experience in an HR management or senior business partnering role within logistics, FMCG or similar operational environments.</p></li><li><p>Strong background in employee relations and change management.</p></li><li><p>Confident leading through transformation and shaping culture in a complex, multi-site environment.</p></li><li><p>Experienced people leader with credibility, empathy and commercial focus.</p></li><li><p>CIPD qualification (or equivalent) preferred.</p></li></ul><p>This is a high-impact role where you'll have real scope to influence culture, develop people capability and help shape the next chapter of an evolving business.</p><p>Salary up to £62,000 + Benefits + Bonus <br><br>If you're an experienced HR leader with energy, resilience and a passion for making a difference please apply today! </p><p>BBBH34645</p></dd>
