<dt class="rm-fieldTitle">Description</dt><dd class="rm-fieldData"><p><strong>HR Business Partner | 3-6 Month Contract | Immediate Start | London </strong></p><p>I'm supporting a fantastic business on the search for an experienced HR Business Partner to join on an interim basis, providing hands-on support across a busy, fast-paced people agenda.</p><p>This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who thrives in a varied role, enjoys getting stuck in, and can bring both structure and calm to a period of change.</p><p><strong>The Role</strong><br>You'll partner with leaders and managers to:</p><ul><li><p>Provide pragmatic and solutions-focused HR advice across the full employee lifecycle.</p></li><li><p>Manage ER cases and coach managers on best practice.</p></li><li><p>Support organisational change projects, restructures and workforce planning.</p></li><li><p>Lead on engagement, performance, and wellbeing initiatives.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with the wider HR team to ensure consistency across policies and processes.</p></li></ul><p><strong>About You</strong></p><ul><li><p>Experienced HRBP with strong generalist experience.</p></li><li><p>Confident managing complex ER matters and supporting change.</p></li><li><p>Able to work at pace and adapt quickly in a fast-moving environment.</p></li><li><p>Collaborative, down-to-earth and commercially minded.</p></li><li><p>Available for an immediate start.</p></li></ul><p>This role would suit a proven HR professional who enjoys balancing strategy with delivery and can hit the ground running.</p><p>Salary c£60,000 - £70,000 Dependent on experience. </p><p>BBBH34706</p></dd>
