If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love making a real impact through people, this could be the perfect role for you.</p><p style="margin:0px;font-size:inherit;padding:5px 0px;"><em>This role is based in our Wakefield office for around 2-3 times per week. There will also be an occasional need to travel to stores across the UK, so a driving licence is preferred.</em></p><p style="margin:0px;font-size:inherit;padding:5px 0px;">You’ll lead the delivery of our people plan across multiple divisions, working closely with senior leaders to drive performance, engagement and change. You’ll monitor HR metrics, analyse trends, and take proactive action to address root causes.
