Following the recent acquisition of a brilliant online business, we’re entering a key phase of integration - and we need someone who can help guide the journey with confidence, clarity, and a touch of HR magic.</p><p style="margin:0cm 0cm 8pt;line-height:115%;font-size:16px;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif;padding:5px 0px;">This role is a blend of strategic thinking and hands-on delivery. You’ll be leading the People project plan, working closely with teams across the business, including senior leaders, to ensure everything runs smoothly as we welcome new colleagues into the cardfactory family. From recruitment and performance to talent and succession planning, you’ll be at the heart of it all - driving alignment, supporting leaders, and embedding new ways of working that set us up for future success.</p><p style="margin:0cm 0cm 8pt;line-height:115%;font-size:16px;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif;padding:5px 0px;">Ideally, you’ll have a CIPD qualification (or working towards one) and have a strong grasp of employment law knowledge. You’ll be working with senior leaders, shaping operational people plans, and supporting organisational design that fuels growth and development.
