<div><p>We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support our Group Health, Safety, and Data Protection (HSDT) team. In this role, you’ll provide key administrative and office support to ensure smooth, compliant operations across our Basecamp and Retail sites.</p><p>Working closely with the Group HSDT team, you’ll help maintain compliance standards and assist the Group Health, Safety &amp; GDPR Officer in managing policies and processes effectively.&nbsp;</p><div><p><strong>The Impact you will have in this role is:&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Documentation and Record Keeping</strong></p></div><div><ul><li>Assist with the development of the company SharePoint systems.&nbsp;</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Maintain organised and up-to-date records for Health, Safety and Data protection processes.&nbsp;</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Create and maintain keep updated records of safety and data protection meetings.&nbsp;</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Support the Group Safety, Health &amp; Data Protection Lead on publishing audits and reports across Basecamp &amp; Retail.&nbsp;</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Aid with responding to Safety &amp; Data protection requests and questions from the Group in a timely and professional manner. &nbsp;</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Review and complete quality checks on inbound safety and GDPR events reported for Basecamp &amp; Retail, raising questions or concerns to the Group HSDT team to review.&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Training and Communication</strong></p></div><div><ul><li>Assist in the delivery of Company H&amp;S and GDPR Inductions as well as other training as required.&nbsp;</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Support with the creation of compliance digital learning content for the business.&nbsp;</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Support the Group HSDT with compliance monitoring via safety tours, hazard reporting etc.</li></ul><p><strong>Reporting</strong></p><ul><li>Generate and prepare regular Safety &amp; GDPR reports.</li><li>Provide support with analysis of Safety &amp; GDPR data for continual improvements.</li></ul><p><strong>Issue Resolution</strong></p></div><div><ul><li>Escalate significant admin &amp;
