Through exceptional design and service, we enhance our clients’ homes and enrich their everyday lives.</p><p>The Group Creative Designer will play a key role in bringing our brand vision to life across all four divisions, producing high-quality creative that improves every customer touchpoint. Reporting to the Creative Manager, this role blends strong conceptual thinking with exceptional design skills to deliver beautiful, consistent and effective creative assets.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Interpret briefs from the Creative Manager and turn them into high-quality, on-brand creative solutions<br></li><li>Design and deliver creative assets for a range of channels, including print, brochures, digital, social media, email, and collateral in showrooms.<br></li><li>Produce artwork and campaign materials with precision and consistency, ensuring all deliverables meet the creative managers standards.<br></li><li>Support the production of photography and videography, from concept development to final execution.<br></li><li>Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to ensure creative assets are fit for purpose and optimised for engagement and conversion.<br></li><li>Assist in evolving the visual identity across all brands, ensuring design is fresh, distinctive, and aligned with our luxury positioning.<br></li><li>Maintain an organised workflow, managing multiple projects and deadlines while ensuring attention to detail.<br></li><li>Stay ahead of design trends, tools, and techniques, bringing new ideas and inspiration to the team.<br></li><li>Prepare final artwork for production, liaising with printers and suppliers to ensure high-quality output.<br></li><li>Act as a brand guardian, ensuring visual consistency across all creative work.<br></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Essential skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Strong experience as a designer in a multi-channel environment, ideally within a luxury or premium brand.<br></li><li>Expert knowledge of design principles, typography, and layout with a meticulous eye for detail.<br></li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools.<br></li><li>Proven ability to deliver high-quality design from concept to production.<br></li><li>Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.<br></li><li>Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.<br></li><li>Passion for design, branding, and creativity, with a drive to continuously develop skills and knowledge.<br></li><li>Understanding of photography, videography, and print production processes is a plus.<br></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Personal attributes:</strong></p><ul><li>Creatively curious – eager to explore new design trends, tools and techniques, bringing fresh ideas to keep the brands distinctive and current.<br></li><li>Responsive and reliable – stays calm under pressure, juggling multiple deadlines while maintaining accuracy and polish.<br></li><li>Adaptable – able to shift smoothly between four distinct brands and a variety of design projects, from interpreting brief through to delivery.<br></li><li>Positive and professional – approachable, open to feedback, and keen to support the Creative Manager and wider marketing team.<br></li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><ul><li>22 days annual leave plus bank holidays (rising with service).</li><li>Home working up to 2 days per week (subject to change and dependant on role).</li><li>Contributory pension with salary exchange (subject to qualifying).</li><li>BHID Connect – through our partnership with Reward Gateway, you can save money on everyday spending and make your money go further at up to 770 retailers.</li><li>Wellbeing centre – exercise videos, mindfulness tools, nutritional and financial advice.</li><li>Employee Assistance Programme – access to 24/7 counselling and support helpline.</li><li>Employee Mortgage Services – through our partnership with Charles Cameron we provide access to mortgage advice and education services.</li><li>2W – Cycle to Work.</li><li>Length of Service Milestone Rewards.</li><li>Free parking.</li><li>Christmas functions.</li><li>We are constantly reviewing our benefits and have some exciting new initiatives coming soon!</li></ul><p><br></p></div></div><div style="clear:both;margin-bottom: 20px;"></div></div></div>
