Work collaboratively with cross functional teams including buying, Design, Marketing and eCommerce</p></li><li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"><p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Digital concept mock-ups and a strong eye for conceptualising ideas</p></li><li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"><p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Responsible for artwork across digital design (emails, social and website assets, presentations)</p></li><li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"><p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Design and develop graphics that fill the brief and are fit for purpose, highly original and in line with brand guidelines and aesthetics</p></li><li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"><p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Propose new concepts to continue to establish the visual signature across brands</p></li><li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"><p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Gather research, create mood boards and generate ideas</p></li><li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"><p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Have a comprehensive understanding of fashion trends along with competitor launches</p></li></ul><p dir="ltr">&nbsp;</p><p dir="ltr"><strong>What skills do you need to succeed?</strong></p><ul><li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"><p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Highly confident in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop (Premiere Pro, After Effects essential)</p></li><li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"><p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Strong typography skills are a plus.</p></li><li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"><p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Must have experience in creating strong social media assets and understand best practice</p></li><li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"><p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Being able to adopt our brand aesthetic and guidelines with ease while always seeking out new and innovative ways of doing things and contributing these ideas to the team</p></li><li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"><p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Great time management skills to ensure we hit all deadlines&nbsp;</p></li><li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"><p dir="ltr" role="presentation">A strong eye for detail ensuring work is checked, and accurate before sharing with both internal and external teams</p></li><li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"><p dir="ltr" role="presentation">A commercial and creative eye to help ensure our output moves the dial!</p></li></ul><p dir="ltr">&nbsp;</p><p dir="ltr"><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"><p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Web/Graphic Design or similar qualification</p></li><li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"><p dir="ltr" role="presentation">A portfolio that showcases good layout design, typography and an understanding of design for digital platforms (iPad, mobile, on-screen)</p></li><li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"><p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Experience of Adobe CC suite</p></li><li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"><p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Experience of producing for social media platforms (video editing essential)</p></li></ul><p dir="ltr">&nbsp;</p><p dir="ltr"><strong>Interpersonal skills</strong></p><ul><li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"><p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Strong highly developed interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence, with the ability to work effectively with both internal stakeholders and external agencies</p></li><li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"><p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Must work accurately and fast</p></li><li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"><p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Should be able to demonstrate resilience and drive, with the desire to succeed</p></li><li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"><p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Team player with a positive personality who works calmly under pressure - no divas need apply!</p></li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p></div>
