We’re proud to have won national awards including Best UK Workplace 2023, Best UK Workplace for Women 2023 and Excellence in Wellbeing awards 2023.<br><br>We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Team Member to join our retail sundries department at our Wychbold store.<br><br>This is a varied role with tasks including:<ul><li>Provide advice and guidance to customers to help them choose suitable products</li><li>Link sales to ensure customers have everything they need to complete their gardening projects</li><li>Merchandising stock in line with Company guidelines</li><li>Housekeeping to ensure high standards of presentation and health and safety</li><li>Manual handling</li></ul>The successful candidate will have great sales and customer service skills, ideally gained within a similar environment. You will have strong horticultural knowledge so that you are confident and credible with customers.
