<div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><h2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Responsibilities</b></h2></div><div><p>Purchasing:</p><ul><li>Manage, create and update purchase orders in a timely and accurate fashion, including FOB orders.</li><li>Amend replenishment figures for stock to reflect sales patterns.</li><li>Update delivery dates in conjunction with the Logistics and Central Purchasing Departments and communicate to relevant stakeholders.</li></ul><p>Inventory Management:</p><ul><li>Support Buyers and Head Buyers to ensure top-selling or promotional products are adequately stocked.</li><li>Monitor stock levels of your product category online and in store through planning, forecasting and replenishment.</li></ul><p>Pricing &amp; Promotions:</p><ul><li>Input price changes and promotions into the system.</li><li>Monitor competitors' pricing and create promotional bundles and offers.</li><li>Set up promotions and prepare POS materials for in-store offers.</li></ul><p>Website Management:</p><ul><li>Review web scripts, update release dates, preorder quantities, and pricing for products.</li><li>Ensure all new items are visible online before stock lands</li><li>Optimise search terms with relevant keywords for each product and product category.</li></ul><p>Content Creation:</p><ul><li>Support catalogue production.</li><li>Generate new articles on the system, ensure timely creation of new game announcements, maintain accurate and up-to-date information online.</li><li>Create POS materials for in-store display.</li></ul><p>Marketing:</p><ul><li>Review email campaigns, pricing, and online banners.</li><li>Create and send promotional claims to accounts and suppliers.</li></ul><p>Stakeholder Engagement:</p><ul><li>Communicate with customer service to resolve customer queries promptly.</li><li>Liaise with suppliers on a regular basis, build and maintain relationships with suppliers and your wider team.</li></ul></div>
