It's a dynamic and fast-moving environment with a strong culture of collaboration and innovation, a truly exciting place to build your career.</p><p style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>The Role </strong></p><ul style="font-weight: 400;"><li>Lead and develop a small Finance & Administration team, overseeing day-to-day operations across accounting, reporting, HR, and compliance.</li><li>Develop and implement financial strategies in line with the company's long-term objectives.</li><li>Manage cash flow and banking relationships, including foreign exchange and supplier payments.</li><li>Supervise general and cost accounting, ensuring reliability and accuracy of financial reporting.</li><li>Oversee month-end and year-end closings, tax returns, and various statutory declarations.</li><li>Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, managing audits, contracts, and administrative tasks.</li><li>Partner with senior leadership to drive performance improvements and support decision-making.</li><li>Oversee HR operations, including contracts, payroll, and employee relations.</li><li>Continuously improve financial processes and controls, promoting efficiency and accountability.</li></ul><p style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>About You</strong></p><ul style="font-weight: 400;"><li>Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)</li><li>Previous experience in a Finance Manager or Management Controller role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of French accounting standards and corporate tax requirements.</li><li>Fluent French is essential for collaboration with international teams.</li><li>Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a small team.</li><li>Highly organised, analytical, and commercially minded, with strong attention to detail.</li></ul><p style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>What's on Offer</strong></p><ul style="font-weight: 400;"><li>Competitive salary of £70,000 - £75,000</li><li>10% annual bonus </li><li>Supportive, international working culture</li><li>Opportunities for growth and long-term development</li></ul><p style="font-weight: 400;"> Zachary Daniels and our client are both equal opportunity employers.
