The business operates a diverse estate combining retail and e-commerce environments, offering variety, pace, and real influence for a commercially minded Finance Business Partner.</p><p style="font-weight: 400;">You'll be joining a supportive, high-performing finance team where your insight will directly shape operational performance and strategic decisions across both Retail and Ecommerce divisions. </p><p style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>The Role</strong></p><ul style="font-weight: 400;"><li>Partner with Retail operational leaders to drive performance, profitability, and efficiency across multiple sites.</li><li>Deliver accurate and insightful financial reporting, translating numbers into meaningful actions.</li><li>Lead budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reviews for retail and hospitality operations.</li><li>Analyse sales mix, labour costs, and margin performance to identify risks and opportunities.</li><li>Support pricing, menu development, and promotional strategies with robust financial analysis.</li><li>Build and maintain financial models to support investment appraisals and business cases.</li><li>Present financial insights to senior leadership, influencing commercial and operational decisions.</li><li>Work closely with Group FP&amp;A and Commercial Finance teams to align forecasts and performance metrics.</li><li>Continuously improve processes, systems, and reporting to enhance business partnering capability.</li></ul><p style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>About You</strong></p><ul style="font-weight: 400;"><li>Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA).</li><li>Proven experience in a multi-site <strong>retail, or FMCG</strong> environment.</li><li>Strong commercial mindset with the ability to challenge and support senior stakeholders.</li><li>Confident communicator who can translate financial data into clear business insight.</li><li>Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.</li><li>Strong influencing and relationship-building skills across finance and operations.</li><li>Proactive, organised, and adaptable in a fast-paced, changing environment.</li></ul><p style="font-weight: 400;"><strong>What's on Offer</strong></p><ul style="font-weight: 400;"><li><strong>£65,000 - £75,000 per annum</strong></li><li><strong>10% annual bonus</strong></li><li>Hybrid working model</li><li>25 days holiday + bank holidays</li></ul><p style="font-weight: 400;">Zachary Daniels and our client are both equal opportunity employers.
