Reporting to the Property Overheads Manager and as part of the Overheads team, you will be responsible for overseeing several cost centres, ensuring that expenditure is recorded accurately and on a timely basis.</p><p> </p><p><strong>About the Role:</strong></p><p>Day to day responsibilities will include processing of expenditure invoices via our data capture system to ensure payment deadlines are met, review of sensitive nominal codes, identifying CAPEX, prepayments and accruals. Analysing costs against budgets and reporting key variances to the Finance Manager team.
