<h2>About the role</h2><p>The Health &amp; Safety Administrator will play a vital role in supporting the team by:</p><p>Maintaining the Food and H&amp;S shared area documents, ensuring all Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work, policies, and the H&amp;S training matrix are up to date and accessible.</p><p>Managing document control to ensure version accuracy and audit readiness.</p><p>Supporting follow-up actions from Fire Risk Assessments, Safe &amp; Legal Audits, enforcement contact, claims, accident investigations, and pest control audits.</p><p>Assisting in the preparation, distribution, and documentation of H&amp;S meetings.</p><p>Providing day-to-day clerical support and responding to routine queries.</p><p>Collaborating with colleagues across the group to ensure consistent application of H&amp;S procedures.</p><p>This position will be based in one of our sites in the UK.</p><h2>Main Responsibilities</h2><p>You will be part of the Food and Health and Safety team that manages a wide range of responsibilities, including audits, risk assessments, training compliance, and incident investigations.
