This role is all about external activations, shaping launches, campaigns, and consumer events that showcase our brand and connect us with our customers.Key Responsibilities<ul><li style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: 'open sans', sans-serif;">Deliver brand activations and events supporting internal teams on creating experiences that enhance our brand reputation and customer relationships</li><li style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: 'open sans', sans-serif;">Work with internal marketing and PR teams, Exec and Senior Leaders to shape annual activation and engagement plans</li><li style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: 'open sans', sans-serif;">Oversee logistics: venues, suppliers, production, collateral, and delegate experience.</li><li style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: 'open sans', sans-serif;">Manage budgets up to £600k, ensuring efficiency, ROI, and savings</li><li style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: 'open sans', sans-serif;">Collaborate with agencies, media partners, and influencers on activations</li><li style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: 'open sans', sans-serif;">Negotiate contracts with suppliers and track costs</li><li style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: 'open sans', sans-serif;">Report on event outcomes, performance, and feedback</li><li style="font-size: 11pt; font-family: 'open sans', sans-serif;">Ensure every activation aligns with brand strategy and values</li></ul>Location: This is a hybrid role based in Nuneaton, with the requirement to be in the office at least two days per week.</div></div><div class="earcuposdescription"><div class="earcuposdescriptiontitle">The Person:</div><div class="earcuposdescriptionnote"><ul><li style="font-size: 11pt;">Proven experience in brand activations, PR, or marketing events</li><li style="font-size: 11pt;" data-start="1843" data-end="1908">Strong track record delivering high-profile external campaigns</li><li style="font-size: 11pt;" data-start="1911" data-end="1963">Skilled in stakeholder engagement at senior level</li><li style="font-size: 11pt;" data-start="1966" data-end="2037">Commercially aware with strong budget and supplier management skills</li><li style="font-size: 11pt;" data-start="2040" data-end="2101">Organised, adaptable, and able to manage multiple projects</li><li style="font-size: 11pt;" data-start="2104" data-end="2146">Excellent communicator and collaborator</li><li style="font-size: 11pt;" data-start="2149" data-end="2209">Creative thinker who balances ideas with commercial focus</li><li style="font-size: 11pt;" data-start="2212" data-end="2274">Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn new tools</li></ul>Why Join Us?
