save a £1” to help drive sales.</li><li>Deliver on all agreed actions set for you by your line manager.</li></ul><p><strong>Engage, develop &amp; retain great people:</strong></p><ul><li>Proactively support and work with the Talking Shop Rep in your store.</li><li>Support team engagement in your store.</li><li>Play a part in creating an inclusive culture where everyone can be their best.</li><li>Take a proactive approach to personal development and share your own knowledge to support up-skilling the team.</li></ul><p><strong>Doing the right processes and doing them right:</strong></p><ul><li>Complete any actions set for you by your line manager on the back of the daily floor walk focusing on what the customer sees.</li><li>A positive approach to service, both in store and at the doorstep always aiming to be the best place to shop.</li><li>Follow and implement all cash handling and security policies &amp;
