People are at the heart of our retail concept, and we want to invest in our staff and make the future extraordinary.</p><p>As a result of our expansion plans, and our continued ongoing success we are seeking a dynamic Digital Trader.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>About the Role:</strong></p><p>The Digital Trader will execute the online trading and merchandising strategy across key product categories, driving core eCommerce KPIs. They will own sales, margin, and conversion targets, collaborating with teams to identify product and commercial opportunities. Using advanced merchandising, search tools, analytics, and BI, they will maximize visibility, conversion, cross-selling, and sales growth while ensuring excellent customer experience. This role demands strong commercial acumen, attention to detail, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><span><ul><li>Manage trading and online merchandising for customer-facing websites.</li><li>Optimize the onsite customer journey to drive conversions through effective product presentation.</li><li>Organize and refine category structure, product sequencing, filters, and taxonomy for seamless navigation across all devices.</li><li>Collaborate with teams across Email, Social, Buying, Design, Digital Marketing, Operations, Development, and UX/CRO.</li><li>Drive sales and conversion targets for assigned categories using data insights to identify issues and implement solutions.</li><li>Monitor site performance and improve key metrics: Sales, CVR, AOV, Margin, Bounce Rate.</li><li>Support and execute SEO strategy.</li><li>Conduct competitor analysis on pricing, range, navigation, and promotions to identify opportunities.</li><li>Own onsite promotional execution, ensuring alignment with messaging and customer experience.</li><li>Align merchandising plans with trends and seasonal demand to maximize relevance.</li><li>Work with Operations to ensure product availability for campaigns.</li><li>Assist with homepage and onsite page builds in collaboration with Design and external suppliers.</li></ul></span><p style="margin-left:36.0pt;">&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Person Specification:</strong></p><span><ul><li>Ecommerce experience, ideally in a fast-paced retail environment, with a proactive and adaptable approach</li><li>Strong understanding of core Ecommerce KPIs and ability to report effectively</li><li>Skilled in data analysis, BI tools, Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and similar platforms</li><li>SAP experience preferred (not essential)</li><li>Strong organisational and time management skills; able to work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines</li><li>Effective collaboration with internal/external stakeholders; customer-first mindset and willingness to test and learn</li><li>Excellent communication skills</li><li>Experience managing external agencies for SEO and Paid Channels</li></ul></span><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>What we offer:</strong></p><span><ul><li>Competitive salary</li><li>Pension</li><li>Long service awards</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Cycle to work scheme</li></ul></span><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Position: </strong>Permanent, Full-time</p><p><strong>Hours:</strong> Monday – Friday, 08:45am – 17:30pm.</p><p><strong>Location: </strong>London &amp; Hybrid - 2 days per week onsite.</p></div><div class="row" style="margin-top: 5vh;"><div class="col-xs-12 col-sm-4 col-sm-offset-4">
