Zones 1 to 5, Monday to Friday! </strong></p><p>Zachary Daniels are proud to be partnering with a much-loved hospitality brand to recruit a <strong>Digital Marketing Manager (Maternity Cover)</strong>. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business with huge heritage, a loyal customer base, and a reputation for doing things differently.</p><p>In this role, you'll take ownership of <strong>digital strategy across CRM, paid media and loyalty programmes</strong>, leading a small team and working closely with the wider marketing function to deliver engaging, sales-driving campaigns.</p><p><strong>The Role:</strong></p><p>As Digital Marketing Manager, you will:</p><ul><li>Lead the <strong>CRM strategy</strong> across pubs and hotels, developing campaigns that are personalised, relevant and effective.</li><li>Manage the relationship with <strong>Acteol</strong>, ensuring the platform is optimised and delivering maximum value.</li><li>Support the roll out and day-to-day management of the <strong>loyalty programme</strong> and <strong>membership scheme</strong>, creating and monitoring customer communications.</li><li>Set up, test and maintain automated CRM journeys including welcome, pre- and post-stay, birthdays, reviews and more.</li><li>Lead the <strong>Paid Advertising team</strong> across social, search, display and maps, ensuring all campaigns are on brand, optimised and deliver ROI.</li><li>Support and train Area Sales &amp; Marketing Co-ordinators and pub teams in digital best practice.</li><li>Analyse reporting to shape strategy, measure performance and drive continuous improvement.</li></ul><p><strong>About you:</strong></p><ul><li>4+ years' experience in a digital marketing role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of CRM, digital advertising and analytics.</li><li>Experience managing direct reports.</li><li>Proficiency in Google Ads and Meta for Business.</li><li>A track record of making <strong>data-driven decisions</strong> and optimising campaign performance.</li><li>Excellent copywriting and communication skills.</li><li>Experience in loyalty programmes and/or hospitality marketing would be a real advantage.</li></ul><p><strong>Why join?</strong></p><p>This is a business with genuine <strong>heritage, personality and pride</strong>.
