<p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">WHAT WILL THIS ROLE INVOLVE?</span></strong></p><p data-start="168" data-end="503">As a Designate Manager covering Ryman Design Stores across London, you will take responsibility for leading and supporting multiple store teams across the region. You'll be focused on driving performance, growth, and profitability while ensuring consistency in operational excellence and customer experience across all locations.</p><p data-start="505" data-end="839">You'll oversee key financial KPIs such as turnover, wages, wastage, and shrinkage, ensuring each store operates efficiently and profitably.
