<div class="earcuposdescription"><div class="earcuposdescriptiontitle">The Role:</div><div class="earcuposdescriptionnote"><p>We're looking for a detail-oriented Data Protection Administrator to join our small but effective GDPR team at Holland & Barrett. This is a good opportunity to help shape how we manage data protection across the UK, Ireland, and the Netherlands. You'll be at the heart of our privacy operations, supporting the business as it grows internationally and helping us stay ahead of evolving regulations. If you're curious about GDPR, keen to learn, and want to make a real impact, this role offers the chance to grow your skills in a supportive environment.</p><h3><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">What You'll Be Doing</span></h3><ul><li>Managing our Privacy Portal (OneTrust) and GDPR inbox - processing requests like erasures, access, and rectification.</li><li>Handling data subject access requests (DSARs) from start to finish - including discovery, redaction, and disclosure.</li><li>Supporting CCTV footage requests, ensuring secure and compliant handling.</li><li>Investigating GDPR-related complaints from customers and employees.</li><li>Keeping our privacy logs up to date and helping prepare materials for internal presentations.</li><li>Working closely with our Legal, HR, and Customer Services teams to ensure we stay compliant and responsive.</li></ul><p>This role is based in Nuneaton, and may be occasionally required to travel to other locations of H&B.
