You will be responsible for managing all email & social communications with customers, ensuring that they receive the best possible service when shopping with the business. This is an entrepreneurial business who have grown every year since their launch!<br><br><strong>CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></p><ul><li>Acting as the first point of contact for all queries.</li><li>Use our online platform to reply to all customer enquiries for both email and social media.</li><li>Manage live chat during working hours.</li><li>Dealing with customer queries and complaints.</li><li>Tracking deliveries with couriers</li><li>Maintaining customer satisfaction</li><li>Assisting with returns ensuring the team is up to date with latest customer communications.</li><li>Dealing with customer chargebacks.</li><li>Ensuring all customer enquiries are dealt with in professional and timely manner.</li></ul><p><strong>Hours: 3 Week rota: </strong><br> <br>Week one - Monday to Thursday would be 8am-4:30pm and Friday 8am - 4pm<br>Week two - 11.30am - 8pm Monday to Friday <br>Week three - 2 days off in the week, 8am - 4.30pm including Saturday and Sunday <br> <br>Weekends working from home <br> <br><strong>EXPERIENCE NEEDED:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience of working in a customer service environment with the ability to thrive under pressure and achieve customer satisfaction.</li><li>Great verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>The ability to build rapport and trust with customers.</li><li>Excellent planning and organisational skills.</li><li>Excellent communication skills (spoken and written), including strong spelling and grammar skills.</li><li>Competent with Microsoft Office - Word/Excel/Outlook</li><li>To demonstrate an effective knowledge of products and services.</li></ul><p>BBBH34463</p></dd>
