As part of the Customer Care team, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing efficient, empathetic, and solutions-focused support across multiple channels.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: small;">This is a varied and fast-paced role where you'll handle a wide range of enquiries, from orders and deliveries to returns and general account support.
