<p><strong>Customer Service Advisor </strong></p><p>Office-based role in Monkspath - Solihull, West Midlands. £25,396.80 starting salary, 30 days annual leave, 15% staff discount. Full time, 08:30 to 17:30, Monday to Friday. You will also work one Saturday approximately every three weeks (for which you will receive a day in lieu).</p><p><strong>Role Summary </strong></p><p>Farmfoods are a family business who pride ourselves on offering our customers great value, quality products from clean and tidy shops with the friendliest team in retail.</p><p>The Customer Service department is an essential part of our business and as a Customer Service Advisor you will be required to support your team in all aspects of their daily operations including; answering telephone queries and complaints from customers and shops, responding to emails, postal duties, accurate record keeping and reporting.</p><p>Now is a very exciting time to join Farmfoods and the successful candidate will have the following:</p><ul><li>Excellent attention to detail</li><li>Great organisation skills</li><li>Be a confident communicator</li><li>Be able to work at a fast pace under pressure whilst having excellent time keeping to ensure any given deadlines are hit</li></ul><p>Our ideal candidate can effectively use Microsoft Office Word, Excel and PowerPoint, alongside our in-house software (don't worry, we'll train you!).
