Whatever it is, there is something magical and unmistakeable about each one of them.</p><p>Jellycat has an exciting opportunity for a Creative Admin Assistant to join our Creative Marketing department. Working in close collaboration with our Content team, you’ll play a key administrative role in supporting the joyful, brand defining projects that bring our world to life.   </p><p>This is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with 2+ years of experience in a similar environment, looking to bring their exceptional organisational and time management skills to a fast-paced, growing team.  Attention to detail, adaptability, and a proactive, positive attitude are essential for this role.</p><p>Please note: some UK travel may be required.<br></p><p><strong>You'll be;</strong></p><ul><li>Managing the Creative Team inbox and respond to general enquiries. </li><li>Supporting in the assessment of creative briefs on Monday.com and when applicable chase for missing information or further project details.</li><li>Regularly aligning with project managers, so you can assist in assigning briefs to the appropriate team members based on scope and capacity. </li><li>Monitoring and recording receipts and expenses related to creative projects. </li><li>Coordinating and booking internal creative meetings and external sessions as needed.</li><li>Providing support for Aprimo (digital asset management system) with asset uploads and metadata tagging. </li><li>Assisting with sample management, with a view to eventually lead this area. This may include some travel within the UK.</li><li>Providing administrative support across global multi-channel projects led by the content team.</li><li>Ensuring briefs are logged correctly and consistently.</li><li>Improving efficiency in inbox triage and brief assignment.</li><li>Providing visibility into team workload and resource planning.</li><li>Freeing up the project coordination team to focus on strategic delivery, execution, and optimisation.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><strong>You'll have;</strong></strong></p><ul><li>Strong organisational and administrative skills with a keen eye for detail. </li><li>Experience using project management tools (e.g. Monday.com, Aprimo) is ideal. </li><li>Excellent friendly and professional communication.</li><li>The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced creative environment. </li><li>Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach.</li></ul></div>
