You'll help build resilience from the ground up - supporting continuity planning, engaging with stakeholders, and making sure we're ready for whatever comes next. It's a chance to develop your skills in a fast-evolving area, while making a real impact on how the business prepares for and responds to disruption.</p><p><strong>What you'll be doing?</strong></p><ul><li>Support the implementation and maintenance of business continuity plans across the organisation.</li><li>Assist in conducting risk assessments and identifying potential threats to operations.</li><li>Help coordinate mitigation strategies and ensure documentation is up to date.</li><li>Work with key stakeholders to ensure continuity plans are clearly communicated and understood.</li><li>Support the scheduling and execution of regular testing and reviews of continuity plans.</li><li>Monitor industry developments and best practices in business continuity and compliance.</li><li>Maintain records and documentation to support audit and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Assist in delivering training and awareness sessions to ensure teams are prepared for disruption.</li></ul><p>This role is based in Nuneaton, and may be occasionally required to travel to other locations of H&B.
