You’ll be encouraged to bring ideas, take initiative, and make a real impact. </li></ul><p><strong>Your Role as a Commercial Finance Analyst </strong></p><p>You’ll play a key role in supporting the Finance team in everything from daily sales tracking to long-term forecasting and providing insights that drive decision-making across the business. You will be highly analytical, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and is confident working with data and Excel. </p><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">What You’ll Be Doing</span></p><ul><li>Monitor and report on daily sales and KPIs, highlighting trends and opportunities.</li><li>Produce weekly and monthly trade reports, interpreting results, investigating variances, and sharing insights with the wider team.</li><li>Take ownership of the monthly accounts pack, reviewing the full P&L across all business channels.</li><li>Analyse promotional activity and campaigns, evaluating performance and providing recommendations.</li><li>Support the Head of Finance with the quarterly reforecasting process and annual budgeting cycle.</li><li>Prepare ad hoc business reports and scenario models to support strategic decision-making.</li><li>Analyse retail store performance, identifying key drivers of growth and efficiency.</li><li>Manage multiple priorities simultaneously while ensuring accuracy and timeliness in reporting.</li><li>Build strong relationships with colleagues across different teams and levels of seniority.</li></ul><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">What You’ll Bring </span></p><ul><li>A 2:1 or above in an analytical or numerate degree (e.g. Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Business, or similar).</li><li>trong analytical mindset, able to interpret data and identify key business drivers.</li><li>Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.</li><li>Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data manipulation).</li><li>Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload in a fast-moving environment.</li><li>A collaborative team player, confident engaging with people across functions and levels.</li><li>Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present insights clearly.</li></ul><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">What You’ll Get</span></p><ul><li>Study support for you to work towards your CIMA/ACCA qualification.</li><li>Generous staff discount across our products and experiences.</li><li>Hybrid working model with flexible hours at our West London HQ.</li><li>Healthcare cash plan to support everyday wellbeing.</li><li>Enhanced parental leave after two years of service.</li><li>Annual paid volunteer day to give back to causes you care about.</li><li>Monthly team socials and events.</li><li>Access to cycle and tech schemes with easy monthly payments.</li></ul></div>
