This role plays a critical part in helping us ensure our customers’ needs are met in the most commercially optimal way possible.In this role, you’ll create high-level content for Exco level updates and maintain key trading messages for BT Board-level communications. You’ll have oversight of trading and P&L performance across Mobile, Broadband, TV, PAYG, and Connected products. Your insights will support weekly governance processes and help shape performance narratives.
