We’re proud to have won national awards including Best UK Workplace 2023, Best UK Workplace for Women 2023 and Excellence in Wellbeing awards 2023.<br>&nbsp;<br>We're looking for an experienced Cleaning Team Leader who shares our passion for high standards of presentation, to join our team at our Wychbold store.<br>&nbsp;<br>You will be responsible for providing a high standard of cleaning at our flagship store.&nbsp; This will include the day-to-day operational supervision of our Cleaners: including managing annual leave, absence and training.&nbsp; You’ll ensure that our specific cleaning methods are maintained, and health, safety and hygiene practices are adhered too. Therefore experience of managing Cleaners is a must.<br>&nbsp;<br>You’ll also take a “hands on” approach, cleaning customer and staff areas, including shopfloor areas, offices and toilets. All equipment, products and uniform are provided.<br>&nbsp;<br>This is a part time permanent position, working an average 16.5 hours per week on a 2 week rota.
