We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Chef to join our Restaurant team at our Millets Farm garden centre restaurant.<br>&nbsp;<br>The role involves producing a range of menu items from scratch using fresh, local and seasonal ingredients. We serve hot breakfasts and lunches to order plus hot snacks throughout the day.<br>&nbsp;<br>As a Chef you’ll provide highly presented quality food.&nbsp; You’ll input into delivering a seasonally changing menu using locally sourced fresh ingredients.<br>&nbsp;<br>You’ll work closely with the Head Chef and Restaurant Manager to assist in the smooth running of the kitchen, working in a hands-on capacity, setting the pace and food quality standards.<br><br>We have two roles available:<br>&nbsp;<br>1. Permanent position, working on average 39.5 hours per week on a 2 week rota. This involves working 4 weekdays plus every alternate weekend (you would work 4 days one week and have one weekday plus the weekend off, then you work 6 days the following week, including both weekend days).<br>2.
