Your role will be vital in keeping the shop floor replenished, the stockroom organised, and ensuring the customer experience is seamless.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Unpack, process, and organise deliveries efficiently</li><li>Ensure all stock is accurately labelled, stored, and available for replenishment</li><li>Maintain high standards of organisation and cleanliness in the stockroom</li><li>Replenish shop floor stock promptly to support customer demand</li><li>Assist with stock counts and inventory accuracy</li><li>Support retail colleagues when needed, especially during busy periods</li><li>Follow health &amp; safety and stock control procedures at all times</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Organised, methodical and able to prioritise in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Team player with strong communication and collaboration skills</li><li>Physically able to manage stock movement across store areas</li><li>A proactive attitude and willingness to support wherever needed</li><li>Previous experience in retail, logistics or warehousing is helpful, but not essential</li></ul><p><strong>Your Development</strong></p><p>From the moment you join, you’ll be enrolled onto our in-store induction programme.
