You will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring our catering operations run smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in providing quality food and service.</p><h2>Main Responsibilities</h2><h4><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h4><ul><li>Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages to customers.</li><li>Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen and dining areas.</li><li>Operate tills and handle cash/card transactions accurately.</li><li>Support stock control by monitoring supplies and reporting shortages.</li><li>Comply with all food safety, health and safety, and hygiene regulations.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience.</li><li>Assist with setting up and clearing down the restaurant before and after service.</li><li>Work collaboratively with the catering team to meet daily operational needs.</li></ul><h2>You will need</h2><h4><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></h4><ul><li>Previous experience in catering, hospitality, or food service is desirable but not essential, Training will be provided.</li><li>Strong communication and customer service skills.</li><li>Ability to work as part of a team and under pressure during busy periods.</li><li>A positive attitude and willingness to learn.</li><li>Basic knowledge of food hygiene standards or level 2 training can be provided.</li></ul><p>The Hours for this role are <strong>Monday - Friday 12pm-8pm </strong></p><p>Ready to join our team?
