You'll manage the loyalty programme, drive multi-channel CRM campaigns, and champion a seamless omnichannel experience that connects retail and digital audiences.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Design and execute CRM and loyalty strategies to increase customer engagement and retention.</li><li>Manage and grow the loyalty programme, ensuring members receive exceptional, personalised experiences.</li><li>Lead campaign planning and segmentation across email, SMS, and digital channels.</li><li>Use data and insights to optimise performance and shape future strategy.</li><li>Partner with e-commerce, retail, and global teams to deliver 360° customer experiences.</li><li>Coordinate VIP and lifestyle activations aligned with key commercial moments.</li><li>Promote a customer-first culture across the business.</li></ul><p><strong>About You</strong></p><ul><li>Proven CRM or marketing experience within premium or luxury retail.</li><li>Hands-on experience managing loyalty programmes and customer communications.</li><li>Skilled in CRM systems and analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Salesforce, Actito).</li><li>Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into meaningful insights.</li><li>Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>Experience in event or activation planning is advantageous.</li></ul><p>If you're passionate about building strong customer relationships and shaping loyalty for an iconic global brand, we'd love to hear from you.</p><p><strong>Apply today via Zachary Daniels Retail Recruitment</strong> and take your next step with a brand that celebrates individuality, creativity, and excellence.</p><p>BBBH34723</p></dd>
