If this is how you like to work then please read on.</strong></p><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Purpose of the role:</strong></p><p>Support the CRM agenda within marketing at Iceland, continually optimising and evolving our CRM communications to drive online transactions and benefit the broader marketing objective of driving multi-channel transactions through increased loyalty and Lifetime value of customers</p><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Perform day to day email delivery activities including, but not limited to, email campaign development, testing, scheduling, deployment and monitoring of one-time, recurring, triggered and dynamic email campaigns.</li><li>Campaign activity focused on, but not limited to, Trade, cross sell and upsell communication</li><li>Coordinate with Trade Managers and design resources to procure creative assets.</li><li>Coordinate with wider marketing and Trade teams to develop campaigns and share results</li><li>Manage relationship with UX and design team to share learning and drive engaging content</li><li>Apply knowledge of multiple aspects of email marketing including dynamic program implementation, A/B testing, and general industry trends and metrics.</li><li>Apply knowledge of best practice ecommerce</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Ideally experience in creating CRM communications</li><li>Experience with A/B testing</li><li>Hands on experience of building and deploying campaigns in a marketing cloud platform ideally email/SMS/Push notifications</li><li>Knowledge of CRM best practices and benchmarks</li><li>Retail industry preferred although not essential</li><li>You need to be results driven and commercially aware</li><li>You need to be able to juggle multiple tasks, can work to a plan and work in a fast pace, reactive environment</li></ul><p><strong>Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>You need to have excellent attention to detail</li><li>An excellent communicator with strong verbal and written skills</li><li>Key Stakeholder management</li><li>Agile and responsive to trading requirements</li><li>Comfortable with working under pressure</li></ul><p><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>Specialist skills and knowledge:</strong></p><ul><li>Strong understanding of CRM cross sell/upsell techniques – essential</li><li>Strong understanding of campaign implementation - essential</li><li>A/B testing – essential</li><li>Marketing automation tool experience - preferred</li><li>Salesforce – Exact Target/Marketing Cloud experience – preferred</li><li>Google Analytics – Essential</li><li>Excel - Essential</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Make a difference to your career, we expect a lot but you’ll get a lot back in return.
