Today, we serve millions of cups of coffee across London and the UK each year, and we’ve helped hundreds of thousands of people make better, more sustainable coffee at home. You’ll find our coffee beans, compostable coffee pods and ready-to-drink coffee cans - in supermarkets across the UK and in hotels around the world.</span></p><p><span>Based in Shoreditch, we have a team of talented people working on everything from product development to finance, to customer experience. Whether it's through creating the UK's first compostable coffee pods, our plastic-free packaging or carbon-free shipping - we're on a mission to be the world's most sustainable coffee company.</span></p><p><span>In 2023, we created our charity, the Better Coffee Foundation, to undo the damage done by the global coffee industry - in our first year, we recovered 43 million pods' worth of ocean-bound plastic.</span></p><p><span>A bit about the role.</span></p><p><span>Grind is looking for a proactive, creative CRM Executive. You will play a key role in planning, delivering, and optimising customer campaigns across email and SMS.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span>Reporting into the CRM Lead, you’ll manage end-to-end campaign execution, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality standards. You’ll support the creation of automated journeys, customer segmentation, and testing strategies to improve performance. Working closely with Brand, Marketing, and other teams, you’ll help deliver engaging content that strengthens retention and acquisition. This role is perfect for someone analytical, creative, and detail-oriented, with a passion for customer-focused marketing</span><span>.</span></p><p><span>Role responsibilities.&nbsp;</span></p><ul><li><p><span>Deliver end-to-end CRM campaigns (email &amp; SMS), from planning and briefing to build, test, and launch.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Support the development of automated customer journeys and flows with the CRM Lead.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Collaborate with Brand &amp; Marketing teams to create engaging, customer-relevant content plans.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Drive customer retention and acquisition through omni-channel CRM strategies.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Segment customer data to ensure targeted and effective campaigns.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Run A/B tests and apply insights through a test-and-learn approach.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Produce monthly performance reports, sharing insights and optimisation opportunities.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Maintain the CRM database with accurate data, proper segmentation, and strong hygiene practices.</span></p></li></ul><br><p><span>You’ll have.</span></p><ul><li><p><span>Some previous CRM experience within a DTC business, managing email marketing.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience with Klaviyo is advantageous, but not required.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong creative eye for imagery and email layout.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Excellent communication skills</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines end-to-end.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.</span></p></li></ul><br><p><span>Bonus if you have…&nbsp;</span></p><ul><li><p><span>Experience in a DTC subscription business.&nbsp;</span></p></li><li><p><span>Proficiency in Photoshop &amp; Figma is advantageous but not required.</span></p></li></ul><br><p><span>Diversity and Inclusion.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span>Grind is an equal opportunity employer and we value diversity at our company.
