In this role, you’ll take the lead or collaborate closely in driving key improvement initiatives across different areas of the business.</p><p style="margin:0px 0px 20px;padding:0px;color:inherit;font-size:inherit;">This is a hybrid role based at our Doncaster Group Support Centre, with 2-3 days a week onsite.</p></div><!-- Responsibilities --><div><h3>What you'll be doing</h3><p style="margin:0px 0px 20px;padding:0px;color:inherit;font-size:inherit;">In this role, you’ll:</p><p style="margin:0px 0px 20px;padding:0px;color:inherit;font-size:inherit;">● Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments (e.g., Marketing, Product, Operations, IT) to understand business objectives, challenges, andopportunities related to digital channels (websites, mobile apps, social media, CRM systems, etc.)</p><p style="margin:0px 0px 20px;padding:0px;color:inherit;font-size:inherit;">.● Translate complex business requirements into clear, concise, and detailed functional and non-functional specifications, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
