The Bar Assistant will work as part of our team in Regent Street and will be responsible for the bespoke hot drink and bar service we offer to visitors in store.  KEY RESPONSIBILITIES <ul><li>Make and serve hot and cold drinks to our customers</li><li>Share recommendations and insights to customers to ensure the highest level of customer service is achieved </li><li>Ensuring maintenance of coffee machines throughout shift to ensure efficiency of service</li><li>Maintain high health & safety standards constantly</li><li>Collecting payments and operating the payment system</li><li>Keeping relevant stock levels throughout the day and ensure set up is complete ready for opening each morning</li><li>Control stock levels through regular stock takes, ensuring low levels of stock waste and ensuring regular stock ordering to deliver on every order</li><li>Provide high levels of bespoke customer service to all customers</li><li>Maintain an organised and clean storage and work area</li><li>Where required, support overall retail team</li></ul>  Your profile:<ul><li>Previous experience working as a Barista in a fast paced environment</li><li>Experience dealing with a high volume of customers and orders</li><li>You’ll have established experience in a front of house role</li><li>You’ll take personal ownership, ensuring the Barista station is always ready to deliver drinks to customers</li><li>You’ll be naturally organised and adaptable when needed</li><li>You’ll be exceptionally presented and ensuring customers are welcomed in an authentic but professional manner</li><li>Excellent communication skills</li></ul> Your benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary, commission and attractive benefits </li><li>Tailored trainings and development opportunities</li><li>International and inspirational working environment with a dynamic work culture</li></ul> To learn more about our benefits in detail, please visit: <a href="https://careers.hugoboss.com/global/en/retail-benefits-uk-ireland">RETAIL BENEFITS UK/IRELAND | HUGO BOSS</a>   We are a global company with our employees representative of the world at large.
